Customers reserve the right to cancel orders before goods are shipped out. Order cancellation requests shall be submitted via official email.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be included in the original packaging.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Start Your Return:
Please send an email to sales@pettoysparadise.com to request a return or order cancellation. In your email, kindly provide your order details and relevant reasons. Please note: You must email us to obtain the return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Schedule & Payment Method
All approved refunds will be issued exclusively to your original payment account.
- Order cancellation refund: Processed within 3-7 working days after confirmation.
- Goods return refund: Processed within 7-14 working days after item inspection passed. Actual arrival time is subject to the processing rules of your payment institution.
